Laura Mainville Guenther
Laura has spent over 20 years working at all organizational levels from delivering first line manager training to facilitating conversations among officers and board members deciding a company’s future. Her expertise in Leadership, Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness has resulted in measurable improvements across the globe with projects focusing on Leadership Development and Coaching, Leadership Team Effectiveness, Holistic Organization Design, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Strategy and Large Scale Change Management. Companies such as Dell, Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), ServiceMaster, and Charter Communications have all seen positive improvements from her ever-expanding expertise.
In addition to her General Partner role, Laura Mainville Guenther is also the Director of the Center for Leadership Excellence at McCombs School of Business University of Texas at Austin campus. Starting by working with customers, owners and stakeholders, he has focused on process improvement, application design, programming team interface, implementation, training, and monitoring system performance. His systems regularly show 80%+ improvements in process metrics in areas such as Recruitment, Performance Management and Employee Management Systems.
